“If I had a flower for every time I thought of you, I could walk through my garden forever.” — Alfred Tennyson
Our studio’s passion is to design stunning floral that will be talked about for years to come. No matter the size of your event, you can be assured that our consultants and designers will do all they can to make this moment as memorable as they can. Each quote, consultation, and design is handled by our trained, hardworking team.
We offer our services to all individuals no matter their creed, lifestyle, ethnicity, pronouns, or gender.
It is understood that not everyone has knowledge of flowers and floral design, so we do our best to make the process as simple as possible. All our clients fill out a short questionnaire form, set an appointment for an in-studio consultation [optional], undergo correspondence through e-mail to ensure both studio and client are able to have copies of what is agreed upon, followed by their quote. As we said, simple as possible.
All of our client’s are allotted one, free in-studio consultation with a member of our design team. These consultations are by appointment only, to be made seven days prior to date of consultation. We also require that our questionnaire form be filled out and returned to the studio before our client’s appointment has been set. This allows our team to be fully prepared and ready to help guide you through the process. It is not required that everyone within the wedding is to be present, only the bride. We do ask that consultations are kept to 1 to 3 individuals.
In-studio consultations are not required to work with our studio. Many of our clients are non-local, so we understand how hard it can be to meet with vendors in-between their day-to-day lives. You may set your consultation appointment for over the phone, or merely stick to e-mail correspondence. Just note that the in-studio consultation is available for all our clients.
Once again, all appointments are by appointment only and is to be made seven days in advance. This appointment may be made in person, over the phone, or through e-mail. The allotted timeframes for all in-studio appointments is listed below.
Consultation Update: Between the months of May to November, consultation appointments will not be set for Saturday, due to the high volume of weddings and events that occur on this day. If it is open, then we will be happy to schedule your appointment, but please understand if we are unable to accept a consultation for this day.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we reach out?
This depends upon the size of the wedding [number of pieces needed]. For those that are small [five pieces or less], we ask for a minimum of two months between the time of you reaching out to our studio to the date of the wedding; especially during our wedding season. Anything above that should be a minimum of six months; though many of our clients prefer to reach out to us a year in advance. Our dates do fill up quickly, so the sooner we can begin the process, the higher chance you have to book your date.
What is the minimum for your studio to set-up our wedding?
The minimum for our studio to set-up your wedding floral is $1,000, before the set-up fee is applied. Anything below this is considered an elopement or a DIY wedding and is subject to pick-up only.
Is there a deposit that can be made?
To lock in the date, our clients are welcome to make a non-refundable deposit of $200. This deposit does go toward the quote’s total. If you choose to cancel, and no other payment has been made toward the quote, the deposit cannot be refunded.
Do we have to pick everything up?
Our studio has built a team of designers to not only build each piece to be used in your wedding, but also arrive on location to set it up. These services are available for large scale weddings that will require our team to set-up more than a couple of pieces. Any wedding that only consists of one to two pieces to set-up are recommended for pick-up only.
Can you send me reminders about payment?
Due to our studio’s high volume of clientele, we are unable to send out reminders regarding the payment of your quote. It is the responsibility of our clients to pay off their quote’s balance by the cutoff point; four weeks prior to date.
How soon can we expect a quote?
This depends entirely upon how much of the questionnaire form is filled out, as well as how much detail we are needing to finalize for your wedding. We are just as busy as our clients, so we do our best to keep the correspondence down to as few e-mails as possible. Expect long responses from our team. The more of our questions you are able to answer, the fewer e-mails we need to send back and forth. Once we have what we need, we will design your wedding on paper and quote it appropriately.
What days of the week/year do you handle weddings?
Our studio is available for weddings any day of the week, the entire year. Though most clients prefer to be wed either Friday or Saturday [meaning these are the first to go], we are more than willing to design your wedding for any day that fits best for you; even Sundays when we are typically closed.
Can I send you the filled out questionnaire when I first reach out?
We would love for you to do that! If you wish to be ahead of the curve and send along everything we would need to get the process going, just click the link to be taken to the questionnaire so you can download it, fill it out, and get it back into our hands.
